Terms of Service
Welcome to SmiteSignal (the “Site”). By logging in or using any part of the Site, including the Worshippers Casino games (Blackjack, Roulette, Towers, Baccarat), you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Site, consistent with Discord's own minimum age requirement. If you are under the age required by your local law to use Discord, you may not use this Site.
2. No Real Money
“Worshippers” is fictional, in-site currency used only for entertainment. Worshippers have no real-world monetary value and cannot be purchased, redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for money, prizes, goods, or anything of value. All games are simulated and for entertainment only; nothing on this Site constitutes real gambling.
3. Accounts
You log in using your Discord account, and we do not manage separate passwords. You are responsible for securing your Discord account. We reserve the right to reset, adjust, wipe, or remove any account or currency balance at any time, for any reason, without notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to exploit, cheat, or manipulate the games or currency system; use bots, scripts, or automated tools without permission; harass or harm other users; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to admin features or other users' accounts. We may suspend or remove access for violations.
5. No Warranty / Availability
This Site is a personal hobby project provided “as is,” without guarantees of uptime, availability, or freedom from bugs. Features, games, and currency amounts may change or be reset at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of SmiteSignal is not liable for damages, losses, or claims arising from use of the Site, including loss of in-site currency or account data.
7. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
